30 DAY FAULTY RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are trying to return an order bought in store, please email orders@modernstreets.co.uk
Please bring the card with you that you paid with in order to receive a refund.

If you change your mind on your order, please fill out the form below. Please note, custom printed orders cannot be returned for change of mind.
Fault Returns
If your item has arrived faulty, please email orders@modernstreets.co.uk with your order number to arrange a returns label. Please include the form below.
Exchange
If you have ordered the wrong size, your item can be exchanged for a different size. Please include the form below.

Posting back to Modern Streets
To ensure your return arrives safely, Modern Streets advises using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for to give you peace of mind that your returned item arrives safely. Please return all items including any extras included with the order (stickers, tags, anything else) - if all items are not returned this may effect your refund.
Return shipping for faulty items will be refunded upon return.

WRONG ADDRESS RETURNS / UNDELIVERED
If you're item is returned as the wrong address was input during checkout or after several attempts no one answers, we will reach out to you and hold onto your items ready for re-shipping. Shipping costs will have to be repaid.
