How should I wash my order?
Wash inside out at 30c. Iron inside out and do not tumble dry. This will help keep you order looking fresh for as long as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
As well as PayPal, all major debit and credit cards are accepted through the store. There is also a buy now pay later option with Clearpay.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are sent out in 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday). If there is a delay with your order, an email will be sent to keep you updated.
How can I track my order / I think it's missing?
You will receive a tracking number with your dispatch email confirmation. If you have not received your order within 10 days of the dispatch email, please get in touch at orders@modernstreets.co.uk Royal Mail say 10 working days are needed before a claim can be opened. Once a case has been settled with Royal Mail, we can refund or replace your item(s).
What do I do if my order is faulty or the wrong size?
Head over the returns / exchange section of the site for all the info you need.
I've put the wrong delivery address, what can I do?
Please get in touch ASAP with your order number so this can be swapped out quickly before your order is made and dispatched.
Can I wholesale your items for my shop / studio?
We wholesale 6 of our best selling t-shirts and 3 of our best selling hoodies. If you'd like our wholesale pack, please email info@modernstreets.co.uk with your business name, industry and address.
